Join Safe Living Space this March 2026 for our Virtual 5K Your Way, a nationwide movement that puts brain injury awareness into action—on your terms. Because no two brain injuries are the same, the Virtual 5K YOUR Way means you choose how and where you participate. Run, walk, bike, swim, skip, skate, row, roll, dribble, dunk, dive—or move in whatever way feels right for you. Complete your 5K in one day or spread it out over the month. Indoors or outdoors. Solo or with a team.
Every step, stroke, and stride supports Safe Living Space’s mission to advance brain injury awareness, research, and prevention, particularly for high-risk and underserved communities where brain injury often goes unseen and undiagnosed.
Your participation fuels critical research, education, and tools that help people recognize the signs and symptoms of brain injuries and to access the right support sooner. This is more than a race—it’s a call to action for public health.
